Very tasty and delicious breakfast with a wide range of good foods. Perfect and comfortable location to Jaffna Public Library. And near to other important places in the Northern peninsular as well as all the major tourist attractions and good restaurants.

The hotel offers amazing rooms and delicious food. Its location is perfect for visiting the Nallur Temple. The staff, including the friendly manager Vije and helpful staff member Wijey, provide excellent service. The hotel is situated in a peaceful area which is close to the town.

The rooms at this hotel were surprisingly spacious and one of the biggest we stayed in during our trip. The authentic cuisine offered at the hotel's restaurant really showcased the unique flavors of the region. The hotel's location in the heart of the city, next to the Nallur Kovil, allowed us to truly experience the essence of Jaffna.

There was a cockroach in our room and the sink in the washroom had a drainage problem. These issues were a bit disappointing considering the overall quality of the hotel.

The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of vegetarian options. The location was convenient, close to popular restaurants and sights. The pool was clean and refreshing after a day of exploring.

The staff was not very helpful when we needed assistance with arranging outside activities and the room was outdated and not well-maintained. we were not impressed with our experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a 4-star hotel near a famous temple in a quiet area. The location couldn't have been better, with the temple just a short walk away. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided exceptional service. They were attentive to my needs and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with all the amenities I could ask for, including a flat-screen TV and a cozy sitting area. The hotel also had a beautiful garden area where I could relax and unwind. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of luxury and comfort provided at this venue.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient as we could easily walk to the nearby temple and famous ice cream shop. The hotel facilities were as advertised and the room we stayed in was clean and spacious. The staff, especially Wijaya, went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The vegetarian breakfast was a highlight, with a good selection of traditional Jaffna cuisine, bread, and fruit.

They helped us find a place to eat and organized a taxi for our journey to Colombo. The hotel's location was perfect for visiting the temple, and the peaceful atmosphere in Nallur added to the charm. The room we were initially assigned had a minor issue, but the manager swiftly moved us to a better room at no extra cost. The swimming pool and garden setting were lovely, and the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious Sri Lankan and continental dishes. Rajan, the manager, provided exceptional service throughout our stay. He even arranged for my forgotten head torch to be personally delivered to our next destination in Colombo. I highly recommend the Heritage Hotel for an exceptional experience.

I had an amazing experience at Jaffna Heritage Hotel. The staff members were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. They even helped me arrange transportation to a nearby village that I wanted to visit. The location of the hotel was very convenient, especially because it was within walking distance of the Nallur Kovil. The breakfast had a great variety of options to choose from. I would highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and convenient location.

Although the hotel had many positives, there were a few minor drawbacks. The room I stayed in was not soundproof enough, so I could hear the noise from vehicles passing by.
